Important for the company:< /strong>

• Knowledge of EXCEL at a high level, knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with BI systems (Power BI, QlikView, SAP) and online survey platforms
  SurveyMonkey, Zoho survey, etc. - will be an advantage;
• Ability to work with arrays of data;
• Attention, responsibility, developed time management skills.   

Tasks that will appear before you:

• Deep study of customer behavior, responses to communications (channels, content);
• Segmentation of the customer base;< /li>
• Assessment of the potential of each segment and participation in the development of targeted CRM campaigns;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of each advertising campaign or with the client base;
• Working with the database (formation of samples according to the specified criteria for activities and communication, creation of reports on activities, preparation of technical description and setting of promotions, testing the work of advertising companies/promotions).
