Tasks:

• Analysis effectiveness of advertising campaigns and optimization of strategies based on the received data;
• Conducting marketing research and analysis of competitors; Planning and control of the advertising budget, preparation of analytical reports.
• Development of marketing strategies that will help bring the company to a new level.
• Maintaining up-to-date information in presentation materials;
• Use of current tools to increase sales and profitability;
• Cooperation with an SMM specialist. Over time, you will be able to expand your department;
• Organization of uninterrupted management of social networks; Communication in social networks;
• Keep up with trends, innovations, opportunities of social networks and services: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok;
• Organization of the company's participation in exhibitions, conferences, other events;
• Ensuring active marketing to strengthen the company's position on the market.
• Conducting analytics and tracking results.
• Modeling and introduction of new hypotheses.
• Control of the availability of consumables for gift sets and work with them. Bring new ideas to life.
• Target — launch targeted advertising, settings, budget control, know how Facebook and Instagram work, advertising cabinet, Business manager and Meta Pixel. be able to set up advertising campaigns and advertising;
• Creation of mockups (branded products)

Requirements and knowledge:

< li>experience as a marketer from 2 years;
• knowledge of marketing tools: Brand marketing, Content marketing, Event marketing, SEO, Digital marketing, SMM, online and offline basics advertising.
• experience of working with internal and/or external contractors — from the production of technical specifications to the control of execution according to established periods and to the timely and high-quality completion of the task;
• skills for working with online resources — site administration and social networks.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator
