Pilloway is the first company in Ukraine that has been engaged in the development, improvement and production of state-of-the-art orthopedic pillows for various purposes for 6 years, and all this for the sake of comfort, health and adaptation of the human body in the modern space. Pillows are made of "memory foam" under three brands. We have Ukrainian and international patents, quality certificates and technical specifications for Top pillows. We have participated in many international exhibitions and also have the award "Pillow Manufacturer of 2022". We have a fully formed catalog of products, we have our own websites and social networks. Our interviews were broadcast many times in the United Marathon and not only. We recently opened a company in the European Union and now we are on the threshold of scaling. Unfortunately, our beloved marketer can no longer work, but she has prepared a lot for the next candidate in recent years. And she will personally pass this foundation on to her successor. Who will be the head of the company's marketing department in the future.

We offer the following tasks:

• Content marketing: work with sites, marketplaces and social networks: keeping a blog of the company's website, filling with news, creating unique SEO content;
• - Preparation of materials ( text, photo, video) for placement; Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator will be your advantage at the interview;
• Social media promotion, group and public management, content filling, search for promotion channels;
• Audience research, competitive analysis, lead generation, formation and collection of client bases;
• Development and implementation of Internet marketing strategy in separate areas;
• Creation of working structure of Internet marketing (development of discount policy, loyalty program, promotions and scenarios of interaction with by user segments);
• Creation and implementation of an online strategy for entering international markets, as well as the creation of an international website and social networks (For this, we already have ready-made content prepared in various languages. We also already have a contractor development of sites, which is waiting for you);
• Study of products and preparation of presentations;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of actions and promotion. Reporting;

Requirements:

• Higher education (marketing, advertising, journalism);
• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• High degree of self-organization;

• Knowledge of the rules of social networks;
• Skills in writing text in an informative style;
• Ability to work in a team;

Terms of cooperation:

• Work schedule: Online or Offline, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
• Salary 5% of the total gross + rate 10,000 (depending on the KPI, which is discussed at the time of employment).
