Your role:

Develop and implement strategies to promote the magazine, subscription and Forbes products, ensure brand presence at events and working with partners to achieve marketing goals.

How you can influence the development of the company:

- Create a comprehensive plan for magazine promotion and Forbes subscription with an emphasis on digital and offline channels.

- Implement campaigns aimed at increasing the number of subscribers, reaching the target audience and increasing brand awareness.

- Prepare reports after each promotional campaign with results regarding lead sources, budget spend, sales channel performance, what worked best during each campaign.

- Regularly prepare weekly and monthly reports on site visits, traffic indicators and the number of unique users.

- Analyze the received data to optimize marketing strategies and increase efficiency.

- Conduct comparisons with competitive products on the market, including their advantages, which will allow to identify new opportunities and competitive positions for Forbes.

- Constantly monitor the market for quick response to changing trends.

- Search for ideas, create concepts for the production of merch, postcards, branded products for partners (Welcome Boxes, souvenir products).

- Ensure product compliance with Forbes brand style and values.

- Create concepts and organize Forbes zones at internal and external events, including exhibitions, conferences and other events.

- Ensure the presentability of the brand zone, think of activities to attract the audience and increase brand recognition.

- Think of interactive areas for magazine promotion, subscription and other Forbes products.

What you need to be able to\know to achieve results:

  • Professional higher education and experience in a similar role from 2 years
  • Practical experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for media business, subscription services or B2C products.
  • Skills in planning and budget management of advertising campaigns, in particular for various communication channels (digital, print, events).
  • Experience with marketing tools for audience segmentation and determining the most effective ways of interaction.
  • Deep understanding of marketing key performance indicators (KPI), including CTR, CPA, CAC, ROI and other indicators to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work with analytical platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Skills in creating detailed reports, analyzing data and presenting results in the form of insights to improve the effectiveness of strategies and budgets.
  • Ability to create unique concepts for products (merch, welcome boxes, branded gifts) taking into account the Forbes brand, its positioning and recognition.
  • Experience in the development of creative concepts and advertising materials thathow to communicate brand values ​​and attract the attention of the target audience.
  • Ability to create and adapt advertising messages using key brand aspects to maintain communication consistency.
  • Experience in organizing and managing events (internal and external events, conferences, promotions) taking into account all aspects — from logistics to the budget.
  • Knowledge of mechanisms that contribute increasing the number of subscribers, including sales funnels, strategies for attracting new customers and keeping them.
  • Skills in implementing loyalty strategies, including a loyalty program and special offers to retain regular customers.
  • The level of confident user in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or their analogues to analyze, plan and control the results of digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the main social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) for promotion content, analyzing user behavior and determining the optimal platforms for interaction with the audience.
  • Experience with tools for marketing automation, creating reports and managing content.
