We are now looking for a Marketing who will be able to make strategic decisions on projects and take over the management of the client portfolio.

Main task of the role

Ensure stable implementation of KPIs for client projects and manage the growth strategy without involving the founder in the operation room

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the strategy of each project

• Analysis of company results,with the method of finding the funnels of the most % qualified applications/leads and scaling it.

• Monitoring the execution of KPIs that were sold to the client

• Quick response to the subsidence of results

• Formation of a unified methodology of the team's work

• Replacing the founder in strategic decisions

What NOT to do

• Creating ads

• Finding customers

KPI roles

• 70-80% of projects in the execution of KPI

• Output of the project to stable indicators? 30 days

  years

• Practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Experienced managing several projects at the same time

• Understanding the economics of client projects

• Ability to make decisions and be responsible for them

• System thinking, not “tests for the sake of tests”

• Team management experience is a plus

Terms and conditions payment

• Percentage of gross revenue after paying buyers

• Differentiated % depending on project check

• Payment % only from active projects

• No fixed rate (or minimum fixed per by agreement)
