Marketer of the medical center in Medialt

Medialt is a network of medical centers for adults and children with values ​​and history. We have been working in Lviv for more than 5 years, we are developing dynamically and we set ourselves the goal of changing the culture of caring for one's health and the health of one's family.

We have now launched a second branch on 1,000m2 with a much wider range of services, so we are inviting an in-house marketer to join the team. We have a different approach than everyone else in the market, so it will definitely be interesting!

Your duties and area of ​​responsibility:< /b>

• Create and implement marketing strategies, analyze market trends and the competitive situation for a flexible response to changes;
• Develop advertising campaigns from concepts to implementation, organize and monitor the work of contractors (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Business), implement changes on the site;
• Monitor and improve marketing analytics to optimize the marketing strategy, analyze customer data to improve interactions and increasing customer loyalty;
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase brand recognition and popularity among both customers and potential customers employees;
• Form and control the implementation of effective distribution of marketing budget costs to achieve goals;
• Preparation of quarterly and monthly analytical reports.

• experience in a similar position for 2+ years and successful cases;
• work for results: initiative, responsibility, honesty, ability to quickly respond to constant changes;
• li>attention to details, accuracy in work, competent Ukrainian language;
• desire to work for quality results and satisfaction;
• strong managerial and analytical skills skills;
• knowledge of MIS Doctor Eleks, ability to work in graphic editors will be an advantage.
