The main tasks will be:

< li>Development and implementation of marketing strategies for attracting new customers and increasing sales.
• Development and introduction of new products to the market.
• Analysis of the market and competitors, studying the needs of the target audience.
• Adoption participation in the development and implementation of the Digital strategy, site curation and development, Google Ads advertising, SMM marketing, email marketing.
• Content marketing: generation, management, provision of working channels communications, development of a unified storage system.
• Development and implementation of advertising campaigns, including online and offline communication channels. 
• Management of social media and constant interaction with the audience. 
• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities and development of recommendations for their improvement.

We expect from the candidate:

• Experience as a marketer, marketing manager.
• Competence in Digital promotion and analytics.
• Knowledge and understanding of marketing, promotion tools.
• Proactivity, positive life attitude.
• Punctuality.
• Free knowledge of Polish, English will be an advantage.
