- •Analytical skills: Experience with various methods of market analysis and campaign effectiveness, including SWOT, PEST, as well as BKG (Boston Consulting Group Matrix) and Ge metrics for product portfolio evaluation.
< li>• Calculation of KPIs: the ability to set, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) of marketing campaigns to achieve goals.- • Digital metrics: experience with CTR, CPC, CPA and other indicators to evaluate the success of advertising campaigns; knowledge of the principles and methods of their optimization.
- •Working with new tools: the ability to quickly learn new marketing tools, analytics programs and advertising platforms for adaptation to changing market conditions.
- •Strategic thinking: experience in building strategies for brand development based on in-depth analysis of the market, competition and consumer needs.
- •Data skills: knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, as well as other web analytics and data interpretation tools.

Main duties:
- • Creation and implementation of marketing strategies for B2B and B2C clients with the use of analytics tools and effective approaches to KPIs.
- • Continuous monitoring of CTR, CPC, ROI and optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve the highest efficiency.
- • Development of BKG and Ge metrics for evaluating the product portfolio and determining the most promising directions.
- • Conducting regular analysis of the market and competitors with the help of SWOT, PEST, assessment changes in consumer behavior and adjustment of marketing approaches.
- • Constant learning and adaptation to new marketing tools to achieve current goals.
