Marketer, marketing director in Ukrkompozit, TOV

Ukrkompozit LLC is a Ukrainian manufacturer of water slides, spray parks, plastic elements for water parks and hotel infrastructure. We are expanding our presence in European markets and are looking for a marketer / marketing director who will help systematically increase sales and build a strong international brand.

Main duties:

• Marketing launch for the EU: SEO, contextual advertising, catalogs, partner programs, participation in tenders.
• Setting up stable B2B lead generation: website, advertising, email, LinkedIn.
• Creation of marketing materials: catalogs, presentations, renderings, videos, 3D/BIM models.
• Research of European markets (competitors, prices, channels of sales).
• Marketing analytics: KPI, lead value, ROMI, building a marketing funnel.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B marketing from 1 year (construction, manufacturing or equipment is an advantage).
• Understanding of digital tools: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing.
• Experience in creating marketing materials and a comprehensive package for sales.
• Skills in working with analytics and marketing tools.
• Knowledge of English will be a big advantage.
