Lviv consulting group is looking for a partner - a dynamic trading company in the field of automotive service, which for more than 20 years has been forming reputation as a reliable supplier and market expert.
The company is expanding, launching new directions and forming a new vision for the brand - that is why we are creating a new role of Marketer/Brand Manager, who will be the architect of the marketing strategy and the voice of the brand.
What awaits you?
This is not a "checklist job". This is an opportunity to build marketing processes from scratch, influence the image of the company and set the tone for its development:
- Creation and implementation of a marketing strategy that really works.
- Formation and development of the company brand and products: positioning, reputation, tone of voice.
- Marketing research: market, competitors, pricing.
- Product portfolio management: assortment, prices, category development.
- Development of loyalty programs, promotions, promotional campaigns.
- Active cooperation with suppliers: content, promotional materials, catalogs, partnership initiatives.
- Organization of exhibitions, presentations, trainings and brand events.
- Strengthening of lead generation together with the sales team.
- Creation of brand guides (visual and communication).
- Management of contractors (design, advertising, video), quality and budget control.
- Support of the sales department: presentations, materials, arguments.
- Coordination of work with the SMM manager.
- Planning and analytics of advertising campaigns, KPI, effectiveness.
How we imagine our ideal candidate?
- Higher education (preferably economic or marketing), specialized courses are a plus.
- From 4 years of experience in marketing.
- Work in trade, distribution or B2B is a serious advantage.
- Ability to create marketing strategies, launch products/categories.
- Successful experience in advertising campaigns (Google, Meta).
- Practical experience with lead generation, CRM, analytics.
- Participation in the creation or rebranding of companies or products.
- Experience in organizing events, seminars, trainings is desirable.
- Ability to work with Canva / Figma / Photoshop (or set competent TK).
- Experience in working with promotional materials and technical tasks (catalogs, banners, photo/video).
- Understanding SEO/SEM digital tools, targeting.
