Marketer, brand manager in Bucuria

The network of branded stores of the world-famous Moldavian confectionery factory Bucuria (founded in 1946) invites a store chain administrator for general issues to its team.

JSC Bucuria is the largest company in Moldova that produces the most delicious candies. The company's assortment exceeds 450 items.

This is the position of a middle-level manager, which involves managing 7 retail outlets and ensuring the efficient operation of stores.

We are looking for a team leader with experience working in companies, who works not only for the client, but knows how to listen, train, staff and appreciate responsible and worthy company staff.

Main duties:

• Control of the implementation of sales plans by each store and the network in general (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Motivate the team to achieve the plans.
• Prepare proposals for marketing activities and their coordination.
• Analysis and adjustment of the quality of store operations (personnel, display of goods, adjacent territory, premises, equipment).
• Organization of inventories, logistics processes and work with controlling bodies.
• Recruitment, adaptation and training of new personnel.
• Monitoring of the technical condition of the premises and store support systems.
• Interaction with landlords, suppliers and inspection bodies.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 3 years.
• Skills for working in 1C, team management and sales planning.
• High communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness for partial remote work and irregular schedule in case necessary.
• The level of a middle-level manager capable of making management decisions.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of retail trade.
