In connection with the company's development goals and the desire to strengthen the image component of the brand, we are looking for a person for the position of Marketer.

Competencies:

• experience in marketing < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">from 2 years;
• work experience in the field of marketing in digital companies or it (will be a big plus);
• understanding of the main online SEO and PRS products;
• creativity, initiative and autonomy;
• readiness for remote work;
• work experience with design programs and AI solutions (will be a big plus);

Main tasks:

• participation in the creation of the site;
• finalization of the beech brand;
• research and analysis of the market, competitors;
• work on brand knowledge and increasing brand loyalty;
• control over the use of the brand's corporate style and identity ;
• organization of periodic cuts according to the quality of services provided;
• organization of souvenirs and giftsfor the company's clients;
• participation in the implementation of the non-financial motivation system for employees;
• content approval for smm direction;
• implementation of a chain of trigger emails by customer base;
• preparation and designcases for further publication;
• analyse profile conferences, webinars, streams for possible participation;
  
assistance in the launch of new products and projects;
• analytics of brand advertising campaigns, in terms of customer attraction channels;
• pdeception and implementation of new ideas for development, creation of wow projects;
• personal development initiatives;
