We are looking for < strong style="font-weight: 700">Marketing Manager in a modern family hotel in the Carpathians, which has two restaurants, outdoor swimming pools with a panoramic view of the mountains, spa, children's and adult and sports animation and a conference hall.

Your tasks will be:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies;
• Planning and organization of marketing campaigns;
• Analysis of the results of marketing activities and making appropriate adjustments;
• Budgeting and financial planning of marketing processes — distribution of funds between promotion channels, contractors, optimization and control of marketing expenses
• SEO promotion, Google AdWords (with the involvement of contractors);
• Development of brand recognition and authority;

• Experience of working in HoReCa
• Experience of forming and successful implementation of a communication plan, activity plan;
• Active experience of working with modern promotion channels (online and offline ).
• Experience of drafting technical tasks for the preparation of advertising pages;
• Experience of managing marketing activities (SEO promotion, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Creation of creatives and text materials for promotions and other purposes;
• Ability to analyze data, develop and implement marketing campaigns;
• Creativity and strategic thinking;
• Excellent communication skills ;
