Your duties will be:< /p>

• Formation and implementation of the company's marketing strategy, brand development and company image. Determination of the standards of the company's work and control. Formation of the marketing plan and budget. Work with the distributor within the limits of the dealer agreement. Compliance with manufacturer and brand book standards.
• Site administration. Modernization of the site. Site search optimization.
• SEO and contextual advertising in search engines
• Social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and others.
• External advertising, events and other activities. Promotional activities and offline promotion. Idea generation, marketing support and analytics.
• Construction of the sales funnel and its automation.
• Starting, control and evaluation of marketing activities.
• Control of the profitability of implemented projects.< /li>
• Creation of an automated data collection and analysis system for all communication channels. CRM.
• Formation of a positive image and recognition of the company.
• Creation of a customer satisfaction assessment system.
• Telephony, messengers, online forms of communication. Working with reviews.
• Analytics, statistics, positioning, formation and testing of hypotheses about the behavior of potential buyers. Defining the portrait of the buyer.
• Cooperation with the heads of other divisions within the limits of marketing strategy implementation

Requirements:

• Mandatory higher education (management/marketing/economics).
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the automotive industry (at official dealers) — as a priority. Presentation and project management skills. Ability to build successful business communications. Availability of successful cases on marketing strategies and brand development. li>
• A confident PC user, knowledge of graphic editors (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Serpstat, Crello) and the Microsoft Office package.
• Proficient oral and written communication, copywriting skills.
• li>Experience in conducting contextual / media advertising, understanding SEO, SMM tools.
• Knowledge of analytics in Google Analytics systems.
