Marketer in ReOton

The ReOton company was established in 1993 with the aim of providing comprehensive assistance at the European level to people with hearing impairments.

"ReOton" is the only a company in Ukraine in the field of providing assistance to people with hearing impairments, which is part of the leading hearing aid manufacturer WS Audiology https://www.wsa.com (Denmark).

To optimize business processes, expand the company's activities we are looking for a Marketer, preferably with experience working in an international company.

Functional duties:

• Creating a marketing plan in accordance with a global multi-brand multi-channel strategy ( with the CEO). Implementation of this plan.
• Creation of a marketing budget plan.
• Development of brand promotion programs.  
• Market analysis, updating the market map.
• Administration and adaptation of brand websites (widex.com/uk-ua) and the retail website reoton.com.ua.
• Digital marketing (promotion of social media accounts, online advertising, remarketing, SEO and contextual advertising). Creation of video and text materials.
• Adaptation of global marketing materials to the Ukrainian market. 
• Constant communication with the parent company's marketing department. 
• Participation in conferences, exhibitions with different brands depending on the target audience.
• Ordering global POS and creation of local advertising materials.
• Creation and implementation of PR companies.< /li>
• Administration of the eCampus e-learning site. Creation of educational materials. 
• Sales manager function for important customer groups or sales channel. 
• Monthly reporting to the CEO.

We expect from you:

• Higher education in marketing/advertising / brand management - a must.
• Work experience of 2 years or more in the field of marketing, branding.
• Work experience in an international company will be a plus.
• Experience in the field of medical technology will be a plus. 
• English language level B1 and above, it is necessary to constantly communicate with representatives of the parent company.
