"Karavan Outlet" shopping center is a modern, the largest outlet center in Ukraine within the city limits with a bright, recognizable style. This is a unique mix of rational European-level shopping and entertainment for the whole family. We invite a marketing specialist to join the friendly team of the Management Company. Responsibilities: Planning advertising campaigns, working with media channels (outdoor advertising, radio, transport, DM, etc.) Preparation of advertising materials: layouts (working with designers), polygraphy, large-format printing ) by tenants: involvement in marketing events, announcement of the opening of new tenants, control of window design, other communications. Control of indoor advertising placement in the shopping center. Work with contractors: organization of document flow according to company standards, execution of tender procedures. Monitoring of competitors, retail market and new marketing tools. Working conditions: Mon. — Fri. from 09:00 to 18:00, incl. an hour for a lunch break (the company treats you with coffee and tea). The work schedule is hybrid!
