Your key tasks:
Strategic planning: development of a brand development concept and a detailed plan for its implementation.
+1Managing the team and contractors: establishing clear technical specifications and monitoring the results of the work of a target expert, SEO specialist, content maker and designer (layouts, typography).
+2Deep analytics: monitoring of target indicators, SEO, site performance and analysis of guest feedback to improve the service.
+3Influencer marketing: active search and communication with bloggers, UGC-makers and leaders opinions.
Partnerships and collaborations: finding and implementing joint projects that strengthen the brand.
+2Local marketing: monitoring competitors in the niche and implementing interactive mechanics to attract guests.
+1Requirements for the candidate:
Mandatory work experience in HoReCa (restaurants, hotels, cafes) from 2 years.
Deep understanding of guest psychology and the ability to segment CA.
Experience in managing digital channels (Target, SEO, Content) and understanding the specifics of promoting the establishment.
Skills in working with analytical tools (Google Analytics, advertising cabinets).
High level of managerial qualities: clarity in setting tasks and control of deadlines.
