Marketer in HRTEAM

Apica Development is a development company working with residential and commercial projects. We are actively growing and looking for a marketer who will help systematically build the presence of the brand and projects on the market.

Main duties:

• Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy and its projects
• Creation creative concepts and content for advertising materials (online and offline: banners, presentations, brochures, social networks)
• Writing texts for advertising campaigns, social networks, sites and presentations
• Organization and coordination of advertising campaigns (online / offline)
• Interaction with designers, copywriters and contractors to create effective marketing materials
• Participation in the development of the company's social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Building and supporting cooperation with the media, bloggers, partners
• Control of compliance with brand standards in all marketing materials
• Organization of the company's participation in profile events (exhibitions, conferences, events)
• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities (leads, reach, conversions) and preparation of reports

If you:

• You have experience in marketing from 2 years and understand the full marketing cycle.
• You are confident in working with Google Ads and Meta / Facebook advertising Ads
• Know SEO, SEM and basic analytical tools
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches for campaigns
• Initiative, systematic and ready to be responsible for results
