Ukrainian Intellectual Systems, UIS is an international product R&D company that offers complex solutions for automating logistics and warehouse processes. Our products include modern automated equipment and software to prevent errors and additional business costs.UIS clients include Ukrainian market leaders: Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta, Varus, ALLO, as well as logistics and postal companies in Poland, Georgia, and Kazakhstan.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Specialist who will help us scale activities in foreign markets and cope with the growing volume of tasks in the department.

Tasks:

• Development and implementation of content plans for LinkedIn and Facebook (regular posting 2 times a week).
• Writing texts for the website blog and descriptions of realized customer cases.
• Creation of video content (Reels) from production/office and coordination of filming of video cases.
• Setting technical tasks for contractors (designers, site developers).
• Communication and organization of the company's participation in international and Ukrainian exhibitions.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities using Google Analytics.
• Planning and implementation of PR activities.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 years or more in marketing (experience in a B2B company will be an advantage).
• Proficiency in tools: Confident use of Microsoft Office, Canva, Figma, Photoshop, mobile applications for video editing, Google Analytics.
• Languages: High level of English language (B2/C1).
• Personal qualities: Analytical thinking, proactivity, responsibility, sociability.
