Your mission
• Develop sites — improving the structure, SEO, conversions, sales funnels
• Create a marketing system that really leads to sales
• Attract partners and salons in Ukraine and Europe

Content and creative
• Develop a content plan for Instagram
• Generate ideas for Reels, stories
• Work with the team (designer, videographer, copywriter, SMM)
• Plan and launch advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, influencers, PR). of leads
What we expect
• Experience in beauty / fashion / e-commerce (from 2 years)
• Understanding of SEO, analytics, digital funnels, SMM and advertising (Meta, Google Ads)
• Ability to manage a team of contractors (designer, SMM, targetologist, copywriter)
• Responsibility, systematicity and love for aesthetics
