Responsibilities:
Managing the work of the marketing department (SMM specialist, target specialist, designer);
Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy;
Analysis of the audience, competitors and the market to determine effective promotion directions;
Formation and control of the content plan for social network;
Planning, launch and optimization of advertising campaigns (SMM, targeting, lead generation);
Company brand management - image development through content, advertising and PR activities;
Cooperation with bloggers, opinion leaders, creating the "face" of the brand in social networks;
Development of new brand promotion strategies to attract new models and chat managers;
Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities, reporting to management.
Requirements:
Experience in marketing from 1 year (creation and implementation of marketing plans);
Understanding targeting (Meta, TikTok, Telegram Ads), social media trends (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram);
Availability of cases with clear results (analytics, numbers, etc.);
Ability to analyze metrics, draw conclusions and make decisions based on data;
Creativity, systemic thinking, flexibility and quick response to trends.
