We are a dynamically developing company specializing in the sale of goods through our own online stores. We are currently successfully developing three brands and preparing to launch a fourth. Due to expansion, we are looking for a talented and ambitious marketer to join our team and help us further develop our brands.

Job Description:

We We are looking for a marketer who will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the marketing activities of our brands in the online environment. You will work with our websites, analyze the audience and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for of each brand, taking into account the specifics of the target audience and the market.
• Analysis of the market, competitors and trends to determine opportunities for growth and optimization of marketing campaigns.
• Marketing budget management and control cost effectiveness.
• Coordinating with the content department to create quality and relevant content for websites and other marketing channels.
• Interaction with external contractors (outsourcing of advertising customization) to ensure effective launch and optimization of advertising campaigns.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities, preparation of reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Monitoring and analysis of user behavior on websites, using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Audience segmentation and development of personalized marketing campaigns.
• Participation in the development and implementation of customer loyalty programs.< /li>
• Constant monitoring and improvement of marketing processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years.
• Deep understanding of internet marketing and e-commerce principles.
• Experience with various marketing tools and channels (SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, content marketing, etc. ).
• Ability to analyze data and draw reasonable conclusions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
