Looking for a Marketer in the field of industrial real estate development

What we do:We develop modern industrial parks for international and Ukrainian companies. Our park in Bila Tserkva is the flagship of the industrial recovery of Ukraine, and we are currently looking for a motivated marketer to promote our image and implement key marketing initiatives.

Your tasks:
Implementation of the marketing strategy:<< /p>

• attraction of residents, development of PR campaigns, organization of events.
• Creation of content: advertising materials, social networks (LinkedIn, YouTube), content website.
• Communication: cooperation with mass media, organization of events, preparation of presentations.
  

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing (3+ years).
• Ability to create creative materials and organize events.
• Communication skills, autonomy, confident PowerPoint user, Photoshop.
• English at Intermediate (B1) level or higher is an advantage.
