Duties:< /p>
1. Management of advertising opportunities (social networks and other channels)
- Task: To organize tenants' publications in the social networks of the Araks shopping center (Facebook, Instagram) to attract an audience and increase the recognition of stores. Preparation of useful content that informs about events in the shopping center and general offers from the shopping center.
- Goals:
- Increase the number of followers and interactions in social networks.
- Promote promotions offers and new store collections.
- Provide an expert opinion on the products presented in the shopping center.
- Tools:
- Market analytics to understand demand and trends.
- Monitoring of tenant offers in social networks.
- Collection of materials (photos, videos, texts) from tenants for publications.
- Quality control and formatting of content for social networks.
- Planning and schedule control publications.
- Development of creatives and texts for tenants as needed.
- Development of content for the shopping center (events, reviews, recommendations, promotions, news, presentations of new stores, organization of raffles, live broadcasts, highlights).
- Cooperation with tenants to agree details and feedback.
- li>Answers to comments, direct mail, providing information to end users.
- Launch of advertising in social networks through advertising cabinet
- 2. Organization of promotions (website, social networks, LED screens) Task: Launch promotional campaigns on all available platforms (website, social networks, LED screens) .
- Goals: Increase sales of goods during promotions. To attract new customers to the shopping center through attractive promotional offers.
- Tools: Collection of information about promotions (discounts, conditions, terms). Creation of creatives (banners, videos) for various channels.
