Marketer in ANVI

Our client,Pole" has been exporting traditional and organic crops since 1999.  The team's mission is to be a driver in creating a product that supports people's health. The company has two representative offices in Europe — the Czech Republic and Poland. 

The company is looking for Marketer, which will help strengthen the brand on local and international markets, develop sales channels and effectively work with target audience.

• We export 10,000 tons of millet and 3,000 tons of other organic crops per year.

• We deliver to 23 countries in Europe, Asia and North America.

• We ship from our warehouses in Ukraine, Poland and the Czech Republic.

• Our production capacity is 110 tons/24 hours.

• We have been cooperating with Ukrainian certified organic farmers for over 10 years.

Your tasks:

• Marketing Analysis: SWOT analysis, analysis of market trends, competition researchentities and sales channels.

• customer search, development email campaign, coordination of participation in exhibitions.

• Branding and advertising:development of advertising campaigns (online and offline), creation advertising materials, Google Ads settings.

• SEO and site management: content optimization, site support, implementation of its strategy promotion.

• Work organization: marketing budget planning, coordination of work with contractors, reporting on results.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Has 1 year of experience as a marketer, preferably in the B2B segment.

• A good command of the English language is desirable (from level B1+, preferably C1).

• Knows the basics of SEO, Google Ads, email marketing and branding.

• Has experience in international marketing (Europe, America, Canada, Asia - will be an advantage).

• Experience in the agrifood segment or related to it will be an advantage.
