Marketer in Mingol

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products or services.
• Analysis of the market, competitors and target audience .
• Planning and implementation of advertising campaigns (online and offline).
• Development of content and management of advertising materials (banners, texts, videos).
• Coordination of work with contractors (designers, copywriters, advertising agencies).
• Marketing budget management and preparation of reports on the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Managing social networks, setting up targeted advertising (preferred).
• li>Analysis of indicators of engagement, conversion and return on investment (ROI).
• Implementation of innovative tools and approaches to increase the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience as a marketer from 1-2 years.
• Understanding modern marketing tools and trends.
• Ability to work with analytical tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and organize the work process.
• Knowledge of the basics of SMM , SEO and content marketing will be an advantage.
