What we expect from future colleagues:

• Work experience of 2 years or more in a position at the (Senior) level - Marketer / Internet marketer;
• Experience in drawing up and implementing marketing plans and writing strategies;
• Experience in working with the main channels of digital promotion of goods and services;
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics , LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta business;
• Ability to work with web analytics;
• Excel, Power Point, everything else is only a plus;
• Creativity, business - orientation, ability to work in a team, organizational skills, analytical mindset.

What tasks will be worth:

• Analysis of the company's marketing activities.
• Development and implementation of a marketing development strategy for various communication channels (SMM, email marketing, contextual advertising, SEO).
• Interaction with the product: research of competitors, definition of the target audience, development of branding and positioning.
• Planning and optimization of the marketing budget.
• Creating a marketing calendar and monitoring its execution.

• Formation of the marketing department.
• Setting tasks for the marketing department and contractors, monitoring implementation.
• Development and ordering of advertising products, quality control and production deadlines.
• li>Participation in e-commerce development: setting tasks for developers, working on design, content and optimization of internal processes.
• Development of content strategy: preparation of photos, product descriptions, determination of the tone of communication (tone of voice) .
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies for social events.
• Conducting analytical market research to identify new opportunities.
• Management of the company's brand and reputation.
• Formation and coordination of the work of the customer support service, etc.
