The internship program at the enterprise is implemented within the framework of the project "Supporting the restoration of social and financial stability communities in war-affected regions in the east and west of Ukraine", implemented by Helvetas in partnership with JERU and supported by Federal Ministry of Economic cooperation and development of Germany (BMZ). Candidate requirements: >

• Work with vector graphics: Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to work with contractors. 
• Experience in marketing from 2 years. 
• Knowledge of marketing principles. 
• Developed communication skills. 
• Analytical skills. 
• Ability to make presentations. 
• Knowledge of consumer psychology. 
• Creative thinking.

Obov'links of the candidate:

• Ideation and planning: brainstorming, selection of references, coordination of ideas with the commercial department. 
• Product development: product naming development, Ukrainian market analysis, working with a designer to create a visual image. 
• Prototyping: development of prototypes, coordination of prototypes with production, calculation of packaging for the project. 
• Financial planning: calculating the cost of projects, negotiating prices with interested parties. 
• Technological coordination: coordination of projects with technologists, development of prototypes for samples, development of project timing taking into account the cost of packaging. 
• Experiments and testing: launch of experiments in production on measuring containers, coordination of projects with the customer. 
• Work with technologists: work with technologists on RC (recipe development), work with technologists on labeling, applications for SC (barcodes). 
• Foreign economic activity (FET): work with FET in languages, coordination of packaging. 
• Start-up and implementation: start-up of packaging printing, drawing up contracts with contractors, invoices, acts. 
• Marketing and promotion: development of POS materials (visuals, presenter, presentation), maintaining the project archive, filling out the UNF (accounting tax form), developing instructions, announcing the project for trade channels (TC). SMM (Social Media): Developing an SMM strategy for new product promotion, content creation and publication planning.
