What will be your TASKS?

• Develop and implement strategies and tactics for the development of a group of companies

• Formulate marketing plans and budgets (quarterly)

• Analysis of the target audience and customer touch points, strengthening effective interaction with customers

• Analysis of company promotion channels and direct participation in development

• Creating, testing, improving and automating sales pitches 

• Conducting market research to identify trends and growth opportunities

• Formation of the "course" of activity and control of the effective performance of tasks by contractors

• Analysis of expedient participation in profile exhibitions and organization of direct participation of companies in them

• Generation of ideas and their implementation in the creation of information drives (online, offline format)

• Development of branded marketing materials (catalogs, booklets, presentations, POS materials, etc.)

• Perform necessary work with company websites (updating data, creating landing pages, etc.)

• Achieving KPI indicators and reporting

What is our ideal candidate:

Marketer with at least 3 years of work experience, who has a higher professional education and (or) is constantly improving thanks to courses and training

Our ideal candidate is fluent in English and has a level of at least B2 

Has deep knowledge in marketing and types of promotion, who knows and knows how to build a "company that is loved and chosen"

A marketer who knows how to work independently on various tasks and with limited budgets (from SEO - site optimization - to creating a chatbot - and to creating postcards)

< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Marketer who is "You" with programs (or wants to become one): Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Tilda, etc.
