Marketing specialist who will be able to comprehensively take on all marketing tasks for the development and increase of brand recognition and each of the residential complex.

It is important for us that you have experience in:

• Identifying the target audience and finding advantages and values ​​for it
• Analyzing and optimizing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in all areas of advertising< /li>
• Cooperation with designers and agencies to create advertising materials
• Organization of creation of creatives and video content
• Development of layouts from idea to visual for outdoor advertising
• Knowledge of SEO, SMM, contextual advertising
• Selection of contractors

• Experience in development strategy for the development of a new residential complex using the image of the developer of previous objects
• Experience in organizing marketing events
