Marketer in OTP BANK Ukraine

OTP Bank Ukraine is one of the largest Ukrainian banks with 100% foreign capital, a recognized leader of the country's financial sector, a member of the European financial group operating in 11 countries.

Friends, we are currently looking for a specialist in marketing communications.

Your future functionality:

• competitor analysis , trends, novelties of the banking market as a whole; 
• development of creative ideas and texts (posters, leaflets, promotional materials, etc.);
• control of production and delivery of advertising materials
• control of the standard of placement of printed advertising materials in the network of branches
• organization and implementation of marketing events, advertising campaigns, promos, etc.
• analysis of the effectiveness of conducted marketing events, campaigns, etc.;
• development of texts for landing pages and e-mailers, understanding the principles of UI/UX
• cooperation with a staff designer  
• participation in the development and implementation of the bank brand development strategy;
• participation in the development of marketing plan and budget
• development of the concept and provision of a network of branches with branded souvenir products
• communication with agencies (media, creative), including document management issues

Our candidate must:

• be creative, able to create text and visual content that will be interesting for potential customers;
• can work with information , analyze and systematize it;
• be literate, fluent in Ukrainian and English;
• experience of working with similar tasks for at least 2 years, preferably in the banking sector;
• was responsible and punctual.
