We are looking forDevelopment Manager!

• What should be done?
  • create a loyalty program user research product, their behavioral features and characteristics on an ongoing basis;
  • develop strategies for creating a business service for conducting research for external companies, form value propositions of the service and its sales strategies;
  • create a positioning strategy for such a product on the market and forming a competitive advantage of the service;
  • develop a concept and implement regular surveys to measure the level of customer satisfaction (NPS) and receive feedback, analyze the results and formulate recommendations to improve the customer experience;
  • engage in the development of an annual research plan, including quarterly and monthly reports;
  • analyze collected data to forecast trends and formulate company development strategies;
  • collaborate with marketing, sales and product departments to integration of research results into the overall strategy of the company;
  • regularly provide analytical reports and presentations to management and relevant teams for informed decision-making;
  • plan and coordinate research projects from inception to completion, including establishing objectives, budget and schedules;
  • ensure timely and high-quality execution of all stages of research, in particular, research design, data collection, analysis and preparation of reports;
  • conduct continuousmarket monitoring and analysis of competitors to identify their strategies, products, pricing policies and marketing activities;
  • develop reports on the competitive environment with a detailed analysis of competitors' strengths and weaknesses, as well as recommendations for improving the company's competitiveness.

  What do we expect?

  • higher education in the field of marketing, economics, sociology or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in the field of market research or marketing analytics;
  • ability to work with large volumes of data and analytical tools;
  • knowledge of marketing research methods and tools;
  • ownership of programs for data analysis;

  • high organization and ability to multitask;
  • excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • attention to detail and ability work at a fast pace;
  • fluent in Ukrainian and English.
