We are looking for an experienced Chief Market Research Specialist of the Marketing Department. Future tasks: to conduct market research for comparison with competitors and to identify trends; to use research results to make decisions; to form clear hypotheses about what changes might improve user experience or metrics; create variations (A/B) of product feature cases for testing; ensure representative samples and appropriate statistical methods to analyze results; conduct detailed testing of prototypes with real users; conduct feedback and results analysis and providing recommendations on what needs to be improved; market analysis / customer interviews to confirm or refute hypotheses/ideas; We will have an ideal match if you have: complete higher education; knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level; work experience in the field of activity from 2 years; knowledge of agile principles and tasks; knowledge in the field of digital marketing; knowledge in the field of Internet applications and banking; communication skills: stress resistance, working with objections, knowledge of the ability to negotiate and work in a team.
