Market Research Analyst in Filip Morris Ukrayina*

Philip Morris Ukraine, on behalf of its partner is looking for a Market Research Analyst.

(This position is for a 1?year term with the possibility of contract extension)

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage UK research projects (both ongoing trackers and ad hoc projects) depending on business objectives to support strategic decision making. In this process apply and respect PMI research protocols and policies, as well as manage local research agencies.
• Brief, supervise and attend research fieldwork to ensure the highest standards of quality and insights.
• Analyze and interpret results, translating them into actionable insights & summarizing business implications, as well as present recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a market research department, or research agency
• Degree in sociology, marketing, or business-related fields.
• Extended knowledge in traditional market research methodologies (qual and quant)
• Experience in working with basic reporting tools like SPSS
• Experience in adjacent areas like marketing / digital is a plus
• Fluency in English is a must
