"EconomClass" is the largest chain of stores in Ukraine, which specializes in the sale of used and new clothes, as well as European household chemicals.

We invite the cooperation of a marketing analyst.

Location: Rivne — work exclusively in the office, full time.

What you will do:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing tools and channels.
• Create dashboards to monitor results.
• Prepare analytics before and after marketing campaigns.
• Identify growth points and areas of inefficient use of the budget.
• Regularly prepare reports and set up automation of reporting processes.
• Analyze competitors, their strategy and pricing.
• Research the market and related segments.
• Study the behavior and needs of the target audience.
• Develop recommendations for improving marketing tools.
• Forecast sales and traffic, simulate development scenarios.
• Support marketing activities (POS materials, merchandising, trade marketing, advertising campaigns).
• Participate in the formation and implementation of a marketing strategy, making proposals for its improvement.
• Implement the search for growth points and ways to reduce the cost of customer acquisition (CAC).

What we expect from you:

• Experience in collecting, processing and analyzing data from tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads and other analytical services.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, summary tables, graphics).
• Understanding and ability to analyze key indicators: CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, ROI, LTV.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Knowledge of statistics and mathematical modeling methods.
• Experience working with large volumes of data.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to see market trends trends.
• Communication, initiative, responsibility.
• Experience in forecasting demand or sales from 1 year.
