         Your main responsibilities will be:

• preparation of analytical reports on customer behavior to identify trends;
• analysis of customer segments, personalized offers for retention;
• analytics of the effectiveness of promos and trigger campaigns;
• work with reports in PowerBI + creation of documentation for reports;
• cooperation with teams involved in the development and implementation of IT systems.
