Ready to implement the LOKO communication strategy - including all available channels (don't forget guerilla marketing) ;

What will Team Lead do:

• Decomposition of the overall marketing strategy into component elements and their implementation through communications, promotional activities and partner programs;

• Planning and monitoring the fulfillment of all goals, organization of reporting and communication with stakeholders within the business unit and beyond;

• Coordinating all activities between different marketing teams and outside of marketing;

• Creation of general brand communication, implementing a creative platform on a national level, as well as adapting it to a hyper-local level;

• Planning, budgeting and implementation of media solutionspremises on all available media - from outdoor advertising, non-standard and subway advertising;

• Managing a team of 4 marketers (of different levels of experience), including setting and monitoring tasks, developing competencies and helping when executing projects;

• Managing the MarCom budget, including the evaluation of the financial performance of all activities.

It is very likely that we will have a match if you:

• Do you have experience as the head of the marketing team (including, but not limited to, designers, copywriters, media);

• You understand the creation of various content (image campaigns, creative for SMM, promotional campaigns);

• You know how to take the initiative and implement a project from idea to implementation - including working with stakeholders;

• A team player who is not afraid to defend his opinion and explain his decision or position with reason;

• live in Kyiv and the suburbs (or plan to move) and have the opportunity to work with us full-time;

• Enthusiastic about communication, creativity and marketing in general;

• It would be great if there were also pets ))
