  We are looking for a Manual QA engineer to join our product team in Kyiv. In this position, you will work closely with the development team to identify, report and track issues, and interact with other members of the Scrum team to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

  Requirements:

  • At least of 1 year of commercial experience in software testing (is a must);
  • Experience with Web;
  • Proven experience in API testing and knowledge of Postman (or basic understanding of API testing principles);
  • Strong understanding of client-server architecture and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL (or theoretical knowledge of the basics);
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Multi-tasking;
  • English Upper Intermediate (spoken is a must);
  • Experience with sniffers/proxy applications (will be a plus);
  • Ability to read and analyze logs to troubleshoot issues (will be a plus).

  Responsibilities:

  • Manual testing: Web and Mobile (native);
  • Estimation of testing efforts for the project;
  • API Testing;
  • Provide clear and accurate reporting on testing progress and results;
  • Design and execute test plans and cases to ensure product quality;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize defects and provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance.
  • Analyze automated test results;
  • Ensure that the software meets both functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Communicate quality status to stakeholders and management.
