Manual QA engineer (Chatbots) in SendPulse

The SendPulse QA team consists of 17 testers who are involved in various internal projects of the company. We are currently expanding the team for the development of a multifunctional service for creating chatbots and are looking for an experienced manual tester.

The team includes 5 back-end developers, 3 front-end developers, 3 QA engineers, Product Manager

What is important to us:

• 2 years of testing Web applications;
• Good knowledge and understanding of testing methodologies and practices;
• Understanding client-server architecture;
• Knowledge and practical experience with back-end testing (using Postman, Swagger, REST);
• Knowledge of SQL sufficient to write simple queries;
• Experience of working with monitoring, allorting, log aggregation systems (Sentry, Kibana, Grafana, Zabbix, Elasticsearch, etc.);
• Expertise in software requirements analysis;
• Ability to independently set tasks and effectively organize own work;
• Result orientation and attention to detail.

What will be included in the duties:

• Product quality assurance through functional and non-functional testing;
• Work in Redmine and Asana;
• Writing bug reports, checklists;
• REST API testing;
• Working with a database (MySQL);
• Testing web/mobile versions of the company's products;
• Analysis of technical tasks for: ambiguity, completeness, measurability;
• Analysis of problems encountered by users and identification of their root causes;
• Communication with developers, product managers, technical support and other team members.

It will be a plus:

• Mobile testing experience (iOS + Android);
• Basic knowledge of Git;
• Knowledge in test automation.
