Phenomenon Studio is seeking a skilled Manual QA to join our dynamic team 👩‍💻🧑🏾‍💻.

As a Manual QA, you will play a crucial role in testing our products to ensure they meet high quality and functionality standards. We want to hear from you if you have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a dedication to delivering top-notch software.

Required skills:

● At least 3+ years of commercial experience
● Experience in manual testing of web applications — products, APIs, websites
● Experience with Functional, Regression, Smoke, UI/UX testing
● Understanding of UX/UI principles
● Experience with Test Management Tool (TestRail or Qase)
● Experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger or similar tools)
● Familiar with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JS, REST, JSON, XML etc
● Experience in analyzing the requirements, performing test design, executing test cases, plans and reporting test results
● Experience and understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
● Strong in written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, discuss various testing approaches, and incorporate feedback
● English is Upper-Intermediate(written).

Responsibilities:

● Manual testing of our web applications
● Determinate and estimate the testing scope on the different levels of SDLC
● Plan testing activities together with the team in the scope of all release activities
● Participating in defining functionality expected result, testing requirements
● Create team documentation and keep an up-to-date existing one based on tested functionality
● Report and escalate bugs and production incidents
● Testing efforts estimation
● Assist the development team with providing business- and technical-related information.

It will be a plus:

● Experience with mobile testing
● Experience with web3 domain
● Experience with MUi, Radix, etc.
