Manual QA Engineer in Nestlogic

We are an established U.S.-based product company providing a robust platform for healthcare financial management. Our system handles complex data processing, medical billing, and revenue cycle automation for large healthcare providers. We are looking for a disciplined Manual QA Engineer who values precision and understands the importance of data integrity in a high-stakes environment.

What you will do:

• System Testing: Perform end-to-end, functional, and regression testing for a complex web-based financial platform.
• Documentation: Design and maintain professional test documentation (Test Plans, Test Cases, and Checklists).
• Quality Control: Identify, document, and track software defects; ensure every release meets strict quality and security standards.
• Data Verification: Verify complex data flows and financial reports to ensure accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.

What we expect from you:

• Education: A University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field is mandatory.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in manual testing (experience with financial or data-heavy products is a plus).
• Methodology: Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and standard QA methodologies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with bug-tracking systems, browser DevTools, and basic SQL knowledge (for data verification).
• English: Intermediate (B1) level or higher for technical communication and documentation.
