Our client - a company known for its media and sports products, is looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer to expand the team.

Along with the rapid growth of projects, we are looking for you are a proactive, detail-oriented and experienced QA specialist who will be part of the team!

Key tasks:

• Testing API services of Web applications;
• Functional and non-functional testing (regression, integration, security, performance, smoke and others);
• API testing of backend part of projects (Postman, Swagger); 
• Writing Postman collections;
• Building and maintaining test infrastructure;
• Building and maintaining test documentation (Test Cases, Bug Report, Checklist);
• Reporting on test results and providing recommendations for improvement of the product;
• Interaction with developers and other team members to solve problems and improve product quality;
• Analysis of development requirements and participation in their discussion at early stages;
• < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Bug Lifecycle Tracking;
• Ensuring compliance of the product with quality standards; 
• Independently bringing tasks to the production stage.

We expect from a specialist:

• Comprehensive understanding of QA processes at all stages of software development; 
• Understanding types of testing, use of test design techniques;
• Understanding the operation of client-server applications, web-technologies and the construction of APIs (the operation of the HTTP protocol);
• API testing experience (Postman / Swagger);
• Understanding CI/CD processes;
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, JavaScript;
• Experience with web debugging tools: Firebug, Google Chrome DevTools;
• Knowledge of basic testing artifacts (test cases, checklists, bug reports);
• Experience in competent analysis of product/task requirements;
• Proactivity and self-organization together with the ability to effectively plan work;
• Ability to multitask with quick switching between projects.
