Manual QA Engineer in EvoPlay

We are looking for a talented colleague to join our team of professionals for the position Manual QA Engineer.

Requirements:

• 2 years of commercial testing experience;
• experience in web and backend testing;
• knowledge of testing theory and the ability to apply knowledge in practice;
• understanding of client-server architecture;
• experience in creating test artifacts (checklists , test cases);
• experience with Jira and TestRail systems (or similar);
• experience with "developer tools": Google Chrome DevTools, etc.;
• mastery of Postman/Charles;
• basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript;
• experience in REST API testing;

Will be a plus:

• experience in WebView testing;
• basic knowledge of GraphQL.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and development of test cases and scenarios;
• testing;
• verification of the correct operation of the software product;
• detection of errors and problems in the work of the product;
• communication with developers, product managers and other team members;
• discussion of identified problems and proposals for quality improvement of the product;
• analysis of technical tasks for: ambiguity, completeness, measurability;
• analysis of layouts for: correctness, completeness, lack of contradictions;
• functional testing: regression testing , smoke-testing, sanity-testing, system testing, End-to-End testing and others;
• non-functional testing: user interface testing, usability testing, localization testing, cross-browser testing, testing documentation;
• writing documentation: using TestRail or another system to create test documentation, writing a test report describing test results.
