We, a national chain of supermarkets, are inviting a Supermarket format manager (project manager) to the "VARUS" team.

Position tasks:Development and implementation of format development strategy with the aim of increasing their efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring performance of targets business indicators by formats;
• Increasing profitability of supermarket formats;
• Analysis, optimization and implementation of business processes by formats;
• Analysis of competitors and retail best practices and their implementation by network formats.

We expect:

• Experience in the development, coordination and implementation of short-term and of long-term projects MANDATORY (preferably retail, restaurant chains, etc.);
• Experience in creating and implementing enterprise business processes and managing project teams
• Experience work with network performance indicators, business processes
• higher education: economic/technical/financial-economic/organizational management or technological
• knowledge of development, coordination and implementation of short-term and long-term projects
• knowledge and skills of business process management: production, sales, logistics, personnel.< /li>
