In the international consulting company СallTech Outsourcing, which specializes in marketing research and outsourcing , in connection with staff expansion, the vacancy 'Manager with knowledge of the Spanish language (customer support)' is open.

We are looking for a candidate with the ability to work remotely, from home, for a full work schedule - 11:00-19:00 hours. (10:00-18:00 Spanish time)

Work not completed related to sales.

Responsibilities< b style="font-weight: 700">:

• Client consultation in the banking sphere;
• Outgoing line;
• Providing and verifying information;
• Translations, emails;

Requirements:

• Fluent communication in Spanish at the B2, C1, C2 level;
• In addition, knowledge of English will be an advantage;
• Fluent command of a PC (MS Office) ;
• Familiarity with CRM/CRS/Zendesk systems;
• Availability of headset, computer and good internet;
• Orientation towards solving problems;
• Good diction;
• Activity and stress resistance;
