Manager with knowledge of the Polish language in BNB Solution

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Polish-speaking Account Manager to work in our office in Lviv.

What you will do:

- Interaction with customers from Poland by phone, mail and online chats

- Providing advice and support to customers regarding the use of our software

- Working with the CRM system

- Customer interest and retention, handling objections

- Work with promotions and product promotion on the Polish market.

Required experience:

- Fluency in Polish (level B1, B2, C1, C2)

- Experience in the field of customer service will be a big plus

- High level of communication and ability to work in a team

- High level of motivation and purposefulness

- Everything else will be taught by our specialists.
