We are looking for a candidate with the possibility to work remotely, from home, for a full-time work schedule - 8 hours, from Monday to Friday.

The work is not related to sales. Experience in the field of customer service will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Customer consultation and further actions (customer inquiries via email and telephone);
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high quality service and resolving issues;
• Incoming line;
• Verifying information;
• Translations, emails;

Requirements ::

• Fluent communication in English at the B2, C1, C2 level;
• Fluency in PC (MS Office);
• Familiarity with CRM/CRS/Zendesk systems;
• Availability of a computer and good internet;
• Problem solving ;
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients;
• Good diction;
• Activity and stress resistance;
