Work is remote and not related to sales.

Work schedule 10.00-19.00 hours from Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun weekends.

Duties:

• Support of the online platform;
• Incoming line plus email processing;
• Information verification;
• Consultation regarding subscriptions, bills and details;

Requirements::

• Fluent communication in the Dutch language at the B2, C1, C2 level;
• In addition, knowledge of English for communication in chats;
• Experience in a similar job from 1 year;
• Availability of a computer, headset and good internet;
• Free PC proficiency (MS Office);
• Good diction;
• Activity and stress resistance;
