BARBARO Communications Agency is looking for a non-technical Project Manager to plan, implement and monitor the performance of tasks on one of our projects in the American market. Requirements for candidates: 2-3 years of experience as a project manager; Spoken English (level B2); Ability to estimate the scope of work, prioritize and set realistic deadlines; Ability to plan and organize team work, delegate tasks; Ability to communicate clearly and openly with the team and by customers; High-level analytical skills and attention to detail; Responsibility, punctuality, self-organization; Customer-oriented and structural thinking, result-oriented; Experience in a startup will be an advantage. Responsibilities: Planning and coordination of the team's work; Communication with the team and customers; Control quality and timing of tasks; Preparation of reports on the progress of project implementation; Solving problems (or delegating them) and making decisions. We offer: Work in the office 1-2 times a week, we are considering full-time employees. Work schedule: Mon- Fri, 8 working hours from 9 or 10 a.m. to choose from. We are looking for a colleague to collaborate on a six-month contract (possible extension).
