Responsibilities:

• negotiations with significant clients, government bodies, preparation of accompanying documentation
• formation of sales plans for different periods: week, month, year
• control of shipment of products according to contracts
• control of payments under contracts
• distribution of applications between managers
• participation in the formation of pricing and advertising policy
• control and development of the strategy and direction of finding new customers
• analysis of the demand and needs of the target audience
• ensuring the circulation of information using vertical and horizontal connections: the boss is a subordinate, the sales department is the transport department, etc.
• making proposals for improving the work of the department
• organization of additional training of managers
• conclusion of sales contracts. ensuring the implementation of the sales plan.

Requirements:

• Work experience of at least one year in the position of Supervisor /Head of Sales / Team Lead / Head of the Call Center;
• High communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Ability to work in a team and make important decisions.
• Ability to start quickly and efficiently
